Galeria Mokotow is a big shopping centre in Warsaw. It was opened in 2000. The main focus of Galeria Mokotow Shopping Centre is fashion – there are shops of various deisgner brands, some of them as the only place in Warsaw. Overall, there are about 260 shops in Galeria Mokotow, plus a cinema, a fitness centre, bowling centre, many restaurants, and other services and entertainment facilities. The shopping centre has about 2,400 parking places available and gross leasable area of 62,300 sqm.
How to Get to Galeria Mokotow
Galeria Mokotow is located in Mokotow district, south of Warsaw city centre. The shopping centre is situated next to the junction of 4 streets: Aleja Wilanowska, Woloska, Wincentego Rzymowskiego, and Marynarska.
The best way to get there by public transport from Plac Defilad (Centrum) is by metro to Wierzbno and from there 6 stops by tram (number 18). Get off at Rzymowskiego stop. The metro station Wilanowska is a bit closer to Galeria Mokotow than Wierzbno, but there is no tram connection (it is about 15 minutes walk).
