What a truly beautiful property and location. Our room was clean, charming and comfortable. The garden was in full bloom and beautiful. It felt as though we were back in time a bit. The view from the restaurant to the castle was fantastic. I appreciate how our stay included the price of visiting the castle.

I live in the area stayed in maidstone Great Danes as kept it local for a Hen night. Why go elsewhere when we have plenty of options on the doorstep. Great Danes hotel fitted our needs with the Bingo Loco night there.
Maidstone has plenty to do, and places to visit and stay.

Rather fed up being asked to complete reviews for this Hotel. It's like having a beautiful girl keep asking if she is pretty!
This Hotel has on every occasion I have stayed exceeded my expectations and has been good value for money, The Friendly staff make the difference with nothing being too much trouble. Add a decent breakfast to the mix and excellent pool etc, what else could you want. Highly recommended.

Very good breakfast.. staff are friendly.
Room ok but could be better except stained bath in room was not pleasant, and should be replaced as it reduces decency of the bathroom. hotel entrance could do with some sprucing up - flower pots with faded/chipped edges, room had swivel chair what was very worn

Unfortunately Maidstone has been ruined by some awful planning decisions. The shopping has degraded thanks to the challenges for towns nowadays. Maidstone is a particularly bad sufferer. It’s a mess. The far end of Week street is a place to be sure to avoid.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. Considering the cold room, dreadful breakfast, unclean amenities, and health concerns, I would rate the hotel poorly, perhaps 1 out of 5. It's clear there are substantial issues that need urgent attention for the hotel to meet basic standards.
excellent location accessible to the town centre and M20 within a few minutes drive.
Free parking .
the apartment was on the top floor, it was quiet, spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds were super king and super comfortable .
A few additional bits would help such as a hairdryer and tea towels to dry the cups and plates we used, but otherwise we had a comfortable pleasant stay. ideal for families or a small group.
staff on arrival were friendly and helpful.
The staff greeted us warmly and there was even free mulled wine at reception. The room was a good size with a nice view over the courtyard. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with good choices. We asked for poached eggs to go with the buffet cooked breakfast and they were cooked perfectly. The hotel is very close to Leeds Castle and only 20 minutes form Maidstone Town Centre and there is ample parking.
Spacious two bedroom two bath was great with a master suite in room bath. Full size fridge unlike other places I stayed. As I travel and shop was good to be able to freeze items for my long travel home. Town was also nice with lots of stores. I only saw town ony my morning walk and runs but plan to return to see the city more than just London.
Was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, communication from the host was superb and the shower was amazing. Easy access to the town centre and lots of takeout options nearby with transport links all within 5mins walk. Second booking I have made with them and I wasn't disappointed.
Friendly staff, always ready to help, nice spacious and clean rooms, very good restaurant (albeit a bit expensive), large swimming pool with SPA area. The hotel building is well organized, large beautiful reception area with a restaurant and cafe, and despite a busy road nearby, our room was quiet.
Teresita Stephens. The Unique studio is in town near shopping area and supermarkets. The room is ok with wifi and tv. Kitchen appliances provided and everything works. I like it when you can cook your own food. Shower is ok with hot water. Toilet rolls, towels all provided.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and there was an additional use of a courtyard from our room. Located about 10 mins walk into Maidstone town centre. The breakfast was very tasty. Highly recommend and very good value for money.
The room was very clean. The bed very comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities in the room with the bonus of biscuits. Staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful. Selection at breakfast excellent. Food and service good in the evening. Lots of parking.
The room and hotel are clean..the housekeeping really did fantastic job...no complaints about the room and cleanliness...we liked the pool area very much and our kids enjoyed it
Absolutely beautiful, massive, and comfy house near the town center while being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Had an absolutely lovely time here with two of my friends!
Friendly, unpretentious hotel, with spacious rooms, good food and lovely staff. We enjoyed the pool. This was a great stop-off place on our way into the UK from the continent.
Cute and extremely comfortable individual buildings. The area around the buildings was beautiful. The restaurant associated with the stay was top notch food and service.
Great and calm location. Beautiful hotel with an amazing downstair lobby where you could sit. And although the beds are a bit small, they are absolutely cfortable.
