I was brought up in Ledbury so I love it. Things have changed. No Mr |Lewia the Butcher, no Miss Smith the sweet shop, no Woolworths,no Jack Oaks, the the town itself has changed very little and I still love it.

The Feathers is sited on the main street which for me was perfect as everything i wanted was in walking distance, other pubs, cafe's, retaurants, all are easy to find, the place itself is professionally mangaged and all staff members were friendly and approachable. I have stayed in many hotels over the years but this one is right up there with the best, i will certainly be back there in the future.

We did not go into Ledbury to walk around, we stayed outside Ledbury for the Malvern Hills walks. The Larches is a great location to stay if you are planning to walk in the Malvern Hills. We stayed there for the Herefordshire Walking Festival walks. We had plenty of picnic food with us, which we could eat on the terrace or in the visitors lounge. The visitors lounge had the added bonus of a fridge so we could put our sausage rolls, scotch eggs etc in there overnight.
A really beautifully decorated hotel. Breakfast was cooked to perfection - I don't like runny white in my eggs but they still managed to retain a runny yolk in my eggs benedict. The common lounge areas are inviting and cosy places where you actually want to spend time. It's right in the centre of town and Ledbury is a lovely shopping town with all independent shops, not to mention the historical buildings and great walking location in the foothills of the Malvern Hills.
Fabulous self-catering accommodation, a lovely hamper on arrival, great location lovely and peaceful but close to Ledbury which is a lovely place. The accommodation was all top quality fixtures and fittings, huge comfy bed and luxury bathroom, couldn't have asked for anymore. We hope to return in the future and would highly recommend.
I don't write many reviews but the staff, all of them, were truly outstanding. Accomodations and food were excellent, mattress could've been better but we had a long stay but that's about the only negative and wasn't an issue until the end of the week. Very convenient to the town and other close by areas.
Pauline was very helpful and cheerful! Very clean room. Option of 2 singles or a double bed. Very comfortable. Great breakfast of course! We could come and go as we wanted, as we had a house key. Pub within very close walking distance and only a few miles to Ledbury.
Everything. Perfectly located for a visit to the area. Weston's cider farm just up the road, Led ury and Hereford a short drive away. Property sits on a farm with lovely gardens and countryside views.
Anna and Mike are perfect hosts. We will return.
Beautiful setting, gorgeous Georgian country house. Excellent food, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Close to lovely market town of Ledbury. Very clean and well equipped room, lovely bathroom. Plenty of parking.
Staff was friendly and kind. We had a great time at the pub. We were able to meet some locals and chat about the area. The bar stayed open late to accommodate a few guys. The owner has a great sense of humor.
Excellent fixtures and fittings, superb location, amenable hosts and extremely comfy beds. It was very easy to find and had plenty of parking. Our stay was relaxed and peaceful and was a real pleasure.
Wonderful stay in a charming historic hotel. The room was clean and quirky, the service excellent and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast made to order. The location was perfect and the beer very good.
Room was gorgeous, particularly the bathroom in room 3. Well worth paying for a deluxe room. The reception area is also stunning and the location is perfect for shopping or eating out in Ledbury.
Lovely hotel full of character and charm but upkept in a very good condition. Staff are very friendly in all areas of the business, very good food and exceptional breakfast
The accommodation was set in their own grounds Beautiful setting.
Location was perfect to visit the surrounding areas especially Ledbury and Gloucester.
