Outlet centres have started to find their way to Central Europe in the last years and of course there is one in Prague: Fashion Arena Outlet Center in Sterboholy. Main advantages? Low prices, high concentration of shops and brands, and convenience.
Outlet centres offer quality goods by the world’s best known brands with full guarantee and low prices throughout the whole year. Most shops in Fashion Arena Outlet in Prague offer discounts ranging from 30% to 70% compared to usual retail prices. Fashion Arena states that 30% is the official minimum discount every shop is obliged to offer in order to be allowed to stay in the outlet centre.
Why are the shops selling so low? Firstly, these shops are usually operated by the brand company itself and you don’t have to pay the middleman. Secondly, they sell excess stock of older (though standard quality) goods to make space for new collections.
