Prosek Metro Station

Prosek is the penultimate station on Prague metro line C, located in the district bearing the same name. The exact location of the station is next to the junction of Vysocanska and Prosecka streets (two main streets in Prosek).

Neighbouring stations are Strizkov (city centre direction) and Letnany (terminus of line C).

Prosek Station is 6 stops from Florenc, 7 stops from Hlavni Nadrazi, and 8 stops from Muzeum (Wenceslas Square). Travel time by metro between Prague city centre and Prosek is 10-15 minutes.

Metro Service in Prosek

The metro operates daily from early morning (5 am) to about midnight. Intervals between trains range from 2 minutes during the morning and afternoon peak to 5-10 minutes off peak. Nevertheless, some trains going in this direction terminate at Ladvi Station, two stops before Prosek.

Other Public Transport Services

Prosek Station is also a local and regional bus junction, although of lower importance than the nearby Letnany Bus Station. Local buses go in 4 main directions from Prosek: to Letnany, to Ladvi and Kobylisy, to Liben, and to Vysocany.
